The designer and client decide on the budget together. Our aim is to provide good quality, unique & bespoke products and services, tailored to the client's needs and desires. We will discuss the project and compile an outline budget for your consideration.

I have already engaged an architect. Is this a problem?
We have had the pleasure of working with many different architects in the past. Through supporting each other's disciplines we can produce wonderfully holistic projects that are certain to please even the most discerning customers.
How do I know I am getting value for money?
Our associate and independent quantity surveyor Mr John Griggs, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, works for and on behalf of the client, ensuring budget costs are adhered to and any variations to contracts are monitored closely.

Of course, although once you have begun and realised what an inspiring process it can be, you may want to consider other areas!
