We approach the budget together, our aim is to provide the client with good quality, unique & bespoke products tailed to the clients needs and desires. We discuss the project and compile outline budget figures for your consideration.

Our associate & independent  quantity surveyor Mr John Griggs who is a member of FRICS  works  for and on behalf of the client, ensuring budget costs are adhered to and any variations to contract and monitored closely.

supporting one another’s disciplines produces a wonderfully holistic project and delighted clients!
