After 25 years in this beautiful and inspiring industry, it’s wonderful to find a new product that I hadn’t seen before and one that is not only beautiful but seriously needed within the industry!

 

After carefully crafting an interior, it sometimes becomes necessary to adjust the layout to accommodate the client's change of thinking, and it makes moving a few pieces to a different site somewhat challenging if specific power points have been located in the floor, add to the mix, trailing wires and I’m beginning to feel the integrity of the design is being lost…  

 

However, a Ta-Dah moment later and here they are completely wireless and gorgeous too! 

 

Apparently they use high density lithium ion batteries with specially made vintage style LED bulbs. The technology is deliberately discreet but delivers unparalleled endurance of over 52 hours before recharging is needed, according to the web site. I haven’t personally used these darlings yet, but it’s on my 2019 To Do design list for sure…

 

Of course they come with somewhat of a price tag, but I personally think that is part of the charm, I want discerning quality products for my clients to enjoy for years to come in an elegant timeless interior.
