This client engaged us to remodel a nineteen-room house on the edge of Richmond Park. It was such a unique and gorgeous property that we spent several months with the client evolving ideas and signing off designs, making sure everything was just right before starting the works.
Our Creative Director, Rosie Ridgway, worked collaboratively with the Lighting Foundry on this project as the house came with fully integrated AV systems throughout. Their exhaustive expertise and product knowledge enabled us to achieve the perfect outcome. The whole house consisted of a cinema room, drinks room, two studies, two cloakrooms, a master bedroom with a large en-suite, five further bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with open planned breakfast and family room, formal living room, dining room and a beautiful entrance.
The designs for all had to flow harmoniously throughout. We achieved this by relying on our in-depth contact lists, using a host of our favourite suppliers and brands. These included: Andrew Martin, Designers Guild, O&L, Bakers, Romo, Zoffany, James Hare, James Brindly, Ralph Lauren, Colefax, Jane Churchill, Porta Romana, Vaughans, Eichholtz, Jacaranda and Silka carpets.
We also used our own expert joinery team to create a range of unique and bespoke pieces. Joinery was deployed across every room, from the cinema room to the children’s bunk beds, also including the clever fretwork wardrobes that led to a secret door into the master en-suite.
This large project was a joy to run and present to our wonderful clients who continue to enjoy to fabulous property to this day.
