As luxury interior designers we began life with a 36 room country property in the village of Newick, Sussex, close to the Georgian Spa Resort of Tunbridge Wells.
It was here, in Neswick, that we first became introduced to Grade I listing and all its restrictions. Moving forward a few years, we made our way into London and into Eaton Square – another listed building.
Heading up a team of architects, designers and surveyors we combined two apartments into one. With the success of the project we moved just around the corner into Eaton Place and then back to Surrey to design the original house on the Web Residential Estate.
Our clients have been confident in our ability to work within these complex restrictions and we have yet to disappoint. Major building works have been dismantled and rebuilt, and we have fulfilled the criteria and our obligations with great success.
These images are a mixture of the Web House, a beautiful home on Clare Hill in Esher & a thatched cottage in Esher too.
All of the clients have returned to April Hamilton for their second homes – in what is a lovely testament to our work and service.
